My new project however is a little less beautiful. I'm looking for letters in the street. So far I have 5. I've created a new set in Flickr for this project. Please don't ask why I'm looking for letters in the street.
I'm not really sure.
I do like collecting things and it will be a challenge to get all 26 letters.
I think this project will give me purpose when I'm out and about with my camera, especially when the blossom has gone.

I love the oyster sampler, a very novel way of doing it but in keeping with the my idea of your work, if you see what I mean.
The alphabet project is also very novel and interesting. Do you plan to use any of the photos in your textile work?
I think the letters idea is fantastic, the photos are very clear.
I used to have a long alphabet poster in my bedroom as a kid. You could use the photos in the same way.
